The airport got 7.5 inches and we likely got a few more here in the hills. A neighbor was nice enough to text me at 5 am to inform me the bamboo was in the road. If was a heap of 35 foot canes blocking half of the road. This was the most snow for the Eugene area since 1993 and the latest major snow fall on record.
The daylight pictures were at 730 and the bamboo was back down. So the trimming and culling of old culms began.
